Kid's Fishing Contest Returns July 3-5Some say that old habits are the best habits and we’re seeing another old habit return for a virtual 4th of July celebration at Lake Leota. The 4th of July Committee and Evansville Community Partnership will bring back the Kid’s Fishing Tournament for the upcoming holiday weekend with cash prizes for the three largest fish entered.
Of course, there will have to be a few changes in the face of a pandemic that has changed so much of our summer. The tournament will expand from a half-day affair to take up the whole weekend and entries will be made via email. Here’s The Skinny- (THE RULES)

Who is the Evansville Community Partnership?
The Evansville Community Partnership formed in May of 2000 and was created to give citizens an opportunity to participate in building an economically and socially sound, vibrant future for our residents. Our organization offers everyone a chance to be a part of creative problem solving here in the Evansville area.
Membership is free! All we ask is that our partners help in our fundraising events, participate on their favorite projects, and attend our monthly meeting. ECP not only offers you a chance to be active here in our community, but also offers everyone a chance to meet and make some new friends while doing good deeds.
